Can the employer force the employee to renew a limited contract upon its expiry?

I'm working as a security guard for the last 3 years in Dubai, since June 2018 and still working. My visa is going to finish in August 2021.

I don't need to renew my contract again but my employer is accepting my resignation paper before 45 days. They are forcing to renew the contract.

If my visa is finished, can I go to my country?

Also, my passport is going to finish this August after my visa expires. Can I complain at the police station?

Dear Questioner,

They cannot force you to renew, but you have to give them a notice, depending on the notice period written in the contract.

And if it is not written, the notice period will be one month before according to the Labor Law.

However, if they are not accepting it, you can submit a complaint against them at the ministry of Labor.
