Job offer and a request to pay visa charges first: Is it genuine or fake?

I got a call for an interview and I have attended it in one free zone located in Sharjah.

After 2 days, I got a message from the company that I need to pay for the first two-year visa but later they will renew, and it was AED 7000.

I replied to them that I can't afford that amount at this time, then they agreed that I pay AED 2000 first later they will deduct from my salary.

I don't know what to do and how I should proceed. Is it genuine or fake?

 I am confused and also it is located in the free zone. Can anyone help me with how to proceed?
