Is it possible to resolve a pending loan case before returning to the UAE?
Hello Madam.
Good morning,
My name is K. V. I have an unpaid loan amount of AED 300000 in Abu Dhabi. The amount is due since 2018.
Now I got an opportunity to work in the UAE and I want to clear my loan on an instalment basis. Will I get the visa?
Kindly advise

Dear K.,
Thank you for writing to me.
If your bank has already filed a criminal case for cheque bounce [security cheque], you will not be able to get a visa without resolving the issue.
In addition, they may file a civil case for recovery as well.
It is better to get in touch with the bank directly an try to amicably resolve the matter.
