Thank you for the quick reply,

* The company is on Mainland ( Al Qouz industrial Area 2)

* This is a LLC and i own 49% and my sponsor owns 51%. obviously that is only a formality as i

am the 100% owner.

* Building Maintenance

So basically we already have an company interested in purchasing and currently we are talking and we have done a DD (both financial audit and legal review) , I am now looking to find a company to assist me incase we chose to go forward with the purchase. I would like the company to look at all the document they want me sign and assist me with my questions and also advice me incase if needed.

How much would a service like that cost us?
