What can a pregnant wife do if her husband abandoned her without any money?

I have a friend who got married in the UAE and now her husband sent her to Pakistan.

She is 5 months pregnant also now and they are not giving her any money. He got married to somebody else also.

What should she do now? She came from pakistan last week and her parents have nothing. Her husband is not ready to accept her.

Please help
