Checking the cases related to disputes with different parties after business failure
Hello,
I am a resident of Canada and holding an Indian passport.
I had a business visa from the UAE from 2017 to 2020 and based on that, I was active with my business in Dubai from 2017 till the beginning of 2019.
Somehow, we have failed with our business and we stopped our operations in Dubai in late 2018. During this period, we had a deal with banks, trades, suppliers, landlords, and utility companies.
We came across multiple disputes with these parties once we ended our operations.
Based on this background, I need legal advice for the following:
1) I want to check is there any travel ban imposed on my profile?
2) Is there any legal complaints or case filed against my company or me?
3) If there's anything, how to resolve it?
