Validating a temporary marriage contract

If I have a limited marriage contract with a woman just between me and her, and all conditions of the mujtahid we follow are valid, what happens in case we have a baby and how to prove that we have a marriage?

It is not obligatory to register a temporary marriage, but in some cases, you have to register it by deeds.
One of these cases is pregnancy. Thus you don’t need to prove anything but you have to register the marriage in a notary public office.
