Fake job offer and labour ban upon resignation
Dear Miss,
I am currently in Pakistan.
I have received an offer letter from a company in the UAE through a recruiting agent, my question is that is there any way to confirm whether the offer letter is issued by the company or it is fake?
Also please confirm if I get this job of an accountant in the UAE, can I change my employer during two years contract period as I have heard that there is no ban on accountants.

Stage of employment - Receiving offer letter – Signing the Contract- Getting the work Visa.
If you do not have a visa there won't be a ban. If you have a visa and if you did not complete one year of service, an automatic six months or one-year ban may be imposed by the Ministry of Labour upon the request of your employer.
No employment visa shall be issued to you until the period of the ban is completed.
Just be careful of the recruitment agencies, and do not pay any money.
