Service charges

I am the owner of the property and I am entitled to pay all the service charges to the management company. For the last year, the cost raises almost twice with no reason.

So I have raised this question within my community and we are now 11 people wanted to file an investigation case to know why we are paying more the landlords next door in the same area.

What are the procedures from here?

The procedures are to collect the documents from you (SPAs, Contract with FM company if you have, Last service charges payments), draft a statement of claim and file dispute case requesting to appoint an engineer expert to evaluate and calculate the due amounts for service charges.

Regarding fees official and professional, I would rather meet in person and discuss because to advise on fees structure, I need to study the documents and explain the action plan.
