Liability for the nuisance caused by pets and domestic animals
My neighbour has a Rottweiler dog. The dog is most of the time in the house but sometimes gets out and chases and barks at people. He is very scary.
The neighbour also sometimes lets the dog walk without a leash or muzzle. I have spoken to him and he assured me the dog won't bite. But I'm not convinced of this.
What can I do?
The breed is on the illegal list in the UAE.

إنه من غير القانوني وفقًا لقوانين دولة الإمارات ومعظم الأنظمة المجتمعية في الدولة اصطحاب الكلاب للمشي بدون حبل.
لذلك، أنصحك بتقديم شكوى إلى دائرة الخدمة المجتمعية بالإضافة إلى إرسال رسائل بريد إلكتروني رسمية مع شكواك.
إذا لم يتم حل المشكلة، فإنني أنصحك بالاتصال بقسم الشرطة وعرض شكواك للحصول على إذن لالتقاط صور لمثل هذه الحوادث إذا تكررت، وذلك للإبلاغ عن سوء تصرف صاحب الكلب.
