Tadawul Account early close out

I'm a UAE resident and hold an account with "Existential Group" aka "Tadawul"... Their contract is fairly basic but they have specified payout periods etc yet I've been struggling with them since December to get money out, on the first of this month I always formally requested to close the account and have all monies paid out yet not a single person is able to comply with this instruction. I'm desperate for the money which is legally mine. I have stressed to them in email and numerous phone attempts but no one response. I'm currently out of UAE and only back on 9 April so am finding this extremely stressful trying to retrieve my finances. Are you in any way able to assist, if so how and what costs could I face doing so? Thank you in advance
