Submitting the resignation via email
I am leaving a Kuwait based multinational company within 3 months probation period. am I supposed to give a notice period and/or explanation about my resignation?
Can I do it via email? Is there anything important I need to take into consideration?

Emails aren’t yet totally taken as an absolute notification. It’s preferable to submit it in writing by a letter and employer signs in the receipt.
I can suggest if you can’t do it by hand delivery, you may send an email and send resignation by registered post to their address.
