Filing for a divorce because of cheating
My husband and I are based in Kuwait and I recently discovered that he is cheating on me with a woman based in Abu Dhabi.
I got hold of the copy of the love letters of my husband to the woman.
Can I file a case against both of them?

Under Kuwaiti law, there isn’t such a complaint. The only thing possible for you (though depends on your marriage contract and religion) is that you may file for a divorce.
A criminal complaint about adultery is difficult to prove as it falls under different elements of proof.
