Pending car installments in KSA and its effect in Bahrain

I was on an exit reentry from the KSA to Bahrain and due to some health issues, I could not travel back to the KSA and my visa expired.

I have a leased car in KSA & not able to pay instalments for the past four months. I have taken work visa in Bahrain & joined a job.

What are the effects if I don't follow up on the car with the bank?
