What to do if your employer refuses to cancel your employment visa?

Hello Mam,

I just want to seek help. I am working in a company for almost 5 years now and decided to join another company.

I have already served my notice period and now when I ask them about my cancellation, they started to ignore me.

Now I cannot join the new company because my previous company is holding my cancellation. Kindly advise what is the best thing to do?
