It is crucial that you report the crime to the authorities in the emirate where the crime was committed, or where you reside at the Abu Dhabi Police official website at adpolice.gov.ae.,

If an e-commerce website has taken your money and then blocked your ID, this falls under cybercrime and online fraud in the UAE.
In such matters, you should immediately file a complaint through the official cybercrime channels.
You have two main options:
Dubai Police eCrime platform – You can submit a complaint online at www.ecrime.ae or download the Dubai Police App and register the complaint under cybercrime/fraud.
Local Police Station / Cyber Crime Department – If you are outside Dubai, you can also visit the nearest police station in your emirate, and they will escalate it to the relevant cyber-crime division.
